Why Your Purpose Matters: How to Find Motivation That Lasts

Meet Episode 44’s Guest, Everett Rosette

Everett Rosette is passionate about photography, personal training, and cooking what he calls “Paleo Fat Kid” meals. His driving goal is simple: to help people feel better and smile while they improve their health. That joy of guiding others toward a healthier life is what motivates everything he does.

His transformation started in 2013 when he walked into a CrossFit gym weighing 300 pounds. There he discovered the paleo approach to eating and the value of functional movement. The gym quickly became a second home. With consistent training and a paleo diet, Everett lost 52 pounds in six months and experienced a powerful shift in energy, confidence, and well-being.

Everett’s mission is to make people healthier and happier — a win-win that drives his coaching, cooking, and creative work.
