Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Juice of one lime (about 1-2 tbsp)
  • 3-4 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the sriracha or lime for more heat or brightness.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
  • Serve as a sauce for tacos, burgers, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, or as a dip for fries and veggies.
