  • air fryer , I used 4 qt
  • silicone air fryer basket liner , optional for easy clean up

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans washed, trimmed, and cut into thirds
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey optional — omit or reduce to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the green beans, trim the woody ends, and cut into thirds. Place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Add sesame oil, garlic powder, peanut butter, dark soy sauce, and honey (if using) to the bowl.

  • Toss the beans with tongs or your hands until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

  • Transfer the coated green beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  • Air fry at 340°F for 15–17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
