Is this Raspberry Oreo Fluff a salad or a dessert? Let’s cover our bases and call it both. In a perfect world, salads and desserts should be synonymous, don’t you think?
If you love light, fruity treats, this Raspberry Oreo Fluff is for you. I’ve long enjoyed a Cranberry Fluff Salad that became a holiday favorite, but when I found two unopened bags of marshmallows in my pantry after the holidays, I decided it was time for something new. Fresh cranberries were impossible to find in late January, so I swapped in raspberries and added a fun twist: chopped Oreos. The result is a fluffy, slightly tart dessert-salad hybrid that’s perfect for gatherings or a Valentine’s Day treat.

The combination of whipped topping and raspberries gives a light, airy texture. Mini marshmallows add chewiness, fresh raspberries keep things bright, and Oreos add chocolatey crunch throughout. It’s quick to prepare and served chilled, making it a convenient dish to bring to potlucks or to enjoy at home.
