Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans washed, trimmed, and cut into thirds
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey optional — omit or reduce to taste
Instructions

Wash the green beans, trim the woody ends, and cut into thirds. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Add sesame oil, garlic powder, peanut butter, dark soy sauce, and honey (if using) to the bowl.

Toss the beans with tongs or your hands until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

Transfer the coated green beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 340°F for 15–17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
