We served this Air Fryer Lemon Feta Asparagus alongside Maple Mustard Salmon for a bright, easy weeknight meal.
Lemon and feta are a perfect match—bright, tangy, and a little salty. They elevate simple asparagus into something the whole family will enjoy.
How to make Air Fryer Lemon Feta Asparagus
Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and place the spears in a shallow dish. Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, then sprinkle with crumbled feta, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

Toss everything together until the asparagus is evenly coated with oil, lemon, and feta.

Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket and sprinkle the remaining feta over the top for extra flavor and texture.

Cook at 400°F (about 200°C) for 10 minutes. The asparagus will be tender with slightly crisp edges and bits of charred feta on top.
My favorite part is the little crispy feta pieces—you might be tempted to sneak a few before serving.

If your family loved Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Asparagus, this lemon-feta version is another quick winner that tends to get enthusiastic “yays” even from kids.
So when I told them I was making Air Fryer Lemon Feta Asparagus they said “Yay!”
That reaction says a lot about how tasty and approachable this simple side dish is.
