On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few familiar favorites still deserve a mention—Beaumont is one of them. I picked up a breakfast burrito there recently and immediately knew it belonged on this list.

I appreciate Beaumont for many reasons, but convenience and freshness top the list. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is an ideal spot to fuel up before heading into the mountains. I often grab a breakfast burrito before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and easy without sacrificing quality.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What truly elevates it is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo escabeche-style dressing adds a bright, tangy finish. I always say a great breakfast burrito hinges on its sauce, and this one delivers.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than burritos. Their coffee and pastries are excellent, and the burrata salad is a standout. The cafe is consistent and dependable for both quick takeout and a relaxed sit-down meal.
A quick note on timing: good food draws crowds, and Beaumont is no exception. Weekends can be busy, with lines and people gathered outside. If you only need coffee and pastries, the counter or drive-through is fast. If you want to dine in, plan for a possible wait. The space itself is lovely—with a nice patio and thoughtful interior design—so a little patience is often rewarded.
Beaumont remains one of my go-to breakfast options in the valley for its balance of speed, quality, and flavor. Whether you’re heading up the canyon or grabbing a casual weekend meal, it’s worth a stop.
